Photoshop CS4, I need some photography tutorials, like vintage, etc?

Don't know what Yahoo!a or shinya or dnasmart is, did you proofread your question before submitting it?
As for how to make your photos look bright, the images on that page aren't overly photoshopped, they're just good photos.
For vintage, go to Image Adjustments, Hue/Saturation and change the hue to a sepia tone. Instant vintage.
